Muhammad Harunur Rashid, director of Safa Driving School, is a fully SAAQ and AQTR certified instructor and supervisor. M. Rashid brings over 15 years of solid leadership experience in Quebec's driver education sector, combined with 11 years of professional background in the IT industry.
- Academic Background: Muhammad Harunur Rashid (MA Géo), JMI University (Central University), New Delhi, India.
- Community Leadership: Former Director of International Service: Rotary Club International of Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka.
- Distinction: Recipient of the Gold Medal for Cultural Merit, awarded by V.P. Singh (Former Prime Minister of India).
- Former Vice-President of Geography Department & General Secretary of Arts, Culture and International Students Associations at JMI University.

The Beginning (2004)
Safa Driving School opens its doors in Montreal with a single instructor and a clear mission: make professional driving education accessible to everyone in the community.
SAAQ Certification & Growth
Officially certified by the SAAQ and the AQTR. Expanded to a team of multilingual instructors and introduced the full Road Safety Education Program (RSEP).
Serving All of Montreal
Launched our specialized vehicle rental service at major SAAQ centers (Henri-Bourassa, Langelier, Longueuil, Laval, and Joliette). Reached our 10,000th graduate milestone.
Online Theory Goes Live
In response to SAAQ mandates, Safa became one of the first schools to offer the full theory course online via Zoom, making learning flexible and accessible from anywhere in Quebec.
